SORH

A reconstruction and renewal of three ruined Ligurian homesteads in the hills of Sori. The project restores the rural vernacular architecture while revitalizing the surrounding terraced landscape through extensive olive-tree planting.

Contemporary living spaces are integrated into the historic stone fabric with quiet restraint. Ancient dry-stone retaining walls, local slate, and native timber anchor the dwellings to the steep hillside, where architecture recedes into the ancient agricultural rhythm of the Ligurian landscape.
